We’ll ask you a few simple questions including basic contact information, gender, age and details about the LV= products you hold. This will create your member profile and we’ll only use it to ensure your experience as a member of the community is relevant to you.

Members of the community will be invited to take part in surveys, quick polls and discussions – plus other engaging activities. All activities are optional. You don’t have to complete every activity that we send you and you’ll only be sent activities which we think are most relevant to you.

No. The information collected by the LV= Member Community will not be sold, exchanged or distributed to any other company or third party.

When you take part in particular activities, you’ll be entered into a regular monthly prize draw and some activities will have spot prize draws to say thank you for taking part. We’ll give you as many opportunities as possible to be eligible to enter the draws. Community badges will also be awarded to recognise certain milestones throughout your time on the community and you’ll be given an overall member status level.

You can unsubscribe from the LV= Member Community at any time. All you need to do is email hello@membercommunity.LV.com with the subject line ‘UNSUBSCRIBE’. Once you’re unsubscribed, you will no longer receive communications from the LV= Member Community. Alternatively, you can delete your account by logging in and going to your community profile.

Depending on your email provider and your personal email settings, some emails sent from an automated system may be diverted directly into your junk mail or spam folder. To avoid this situation, you can add our email address - hello@membercommunity.LV.com - to your safe sender list, safe recipient list, white list (different names are used by different email providers) or to your address book.

If you’ve just joined the community and not yet received a verification email, you won’t be able to login. Please check your mailbox and click the link in your verification email to complete your registration. If you’re already a member of the community, please make sure you’re not entering extra blank spaces when typing or pasting your email address or password. The password is also case sensitive. You can request to reset your password by clicking on the ‘Forgotten your password?’ link.

If you can’t remember your password click on the ’Forgotten your Password?’ link on the log in page. Please enter your community registered email address in the box provided and instructions on how to reset your password will be sent to you via email. Click on the link within the email and you’ll be taken to a screen where you will be able to change your password. Password reset links can take up to 20 minutes to arrive, depending on your email provider. If your password reset link doesn’t arrive it may be that you entered an email address which is not identical to the one you registered with or could be in your junk mail or spam folder.
