The Community is a way for you to have a voice and share your thoughts, views and opinions with us about what we do and the way we do things. We offer a variety of activities that you can take part in.

As a thank you for taking part, you’ll be entered into a monthly prize draw. Community badges are awarded to recognise certain milestones throughout your time with us and you’ll be given an overall member status level.

Your participation will help make a difference for you and other members, for generations to come. You can take part in as much or as little activity as you like and all of your opinions will count. In return, you’ll receive updates on how we're taking your views on board and what changes we’ve made.

FAQs

Via our exclusive research community and vibrant online space, you can share your thoughts, opinions and feedback with us on a variety of topics that are relevant to LV= and you as a member.

We’ll ask you a few simple questions including basic contact information, gender, age and details about the LV= products you hold. This will create your member profile and we’ll only use it to ensure your experience as a member of the Community is relevant to you.

You’ll be invited to take part in surveys, polls and discussions – plus other activities. We’ll share activities which we think are most relevant to you and you don’t have to complete each one – they are entirely optional.

No. The information about you will not be sold, exchanged or distributed to any other company or third party.

Yes. To say thank you for taking part in particular activities, you’ll be entered into a monthly prize draw and some activities will offer a spot prize draw. We’ll give you as many opportunities as possible to be eligible to enter the draws. Community badges will also be awarded to recognise certain milestones throughout your time on the Community and you’ll be given an overall member status level.

You can unsubscribe from the LV= Member Community at any time. All you need to do is email hello@membercommunity.LV.com with the subject line ‘UNSUBSCRIBE’. Once you’re unsubscribed, you will no longer receive communications from the LV= Member Community. Alternatively, you can delete your account by logging in and going to your Community profile.

Depending on your email provider and your personal email settings, some emails sent from the Community may be diverted directly into your junk mail or spam folder. To avoid this happening, you can add our email address - hello@membercommunity.LV.com - to your safe sender list, safe recipient list, white list (different names are used by different email providers) or to your address book.

If you’ve just joined the Community and not yet received a verification email, you won’t be able to log in. Please check your mailbox and click the link in your verification email to complete your registration. If you’re already a member of the Community, please make sure you’re not entering extra blank spaces when typing or pasting your email address or password. The password is also case sensitive. You can request to reset your password by clicking on the ‘Forgotten your password?’ link.

If you can’t remember your password, click on the ’Forgotten your password?’ link on the log in page. Please enter your Community registered email address in the box provided and instructions on how to reset your password will be sent to you via email. Click on the link within the email and you’ll be taken to a screen where you’ll be able to change your password. Password reset links can take up to 20 minutes to arrive, depending on your email provider. If your password reset link doesn’t arrive, it may be that you entered an email address which is not identical to the one you registered with or could be in your junk mail or spam folder.
